11. Arrangements related to one-door system
Foreign investment to provide services through the one-door system, the following arrangements will be arranged:-
11.1 Permit and registration
11.1.1 Foreign To provide permits, facilities and other administrative services for industries to be established under investment and technology in a speedy manner by coordinating between various agencies, the Industrial Promotion Board, which is provided in the Industrial Business Act, will be organized as a one-stop service provider to the Department of Industry.
11.1.2 For the establishment of industries established with foreign investment, registration, land, electricity, water, etc. infrastructure services and other tax-related facilities will be provided from one side. 11.1.3 For foreign investment and technology transfer, the Industry Department will inform the Industry Department whether or not it will grant permission within 30 days at the latest after receiving the application at the Industry Department.
p> 11.1.4 The facilities and concessions to be obtained while granting the foreign investment permit shall be specified in the permit. 11.1.5 An application for industry registration must be submitted to the Industry Department within 35 days of receiving the foreign investment permit. The application for the registration of the licensed industry will be registered within 2 days of receiving it. 11.2 Institutional Arrangements 11.2.1 The Department of Industry will be improved and organizationally expanded to complete foreign investment promotion, licenses, permits, facilities and administrative functions through a one-door system. An additional secretary level director general will be arranged by upgrading this department. 11.2.2 Rights related to various facilities and services provided by the Ministry of Finance and the departments under it, Department of Commerce, Nepal Rastra Bank, Immigration Department etc.And it will be delegated to be used by the committee. 11.3 Other Provisions This policy will provide facilities with a limited period even if the policy changes, the industries established under this policy will be guaranteed facilities in accordance with this policy.
